MEMORY-GUARD: Prevention Study for At-Risk Adults

Investigating an oral tau-aggregation inhibitor in cognitively normal adults with elevated brain amyloid, aiming to delay onset of cognitive decline.

Key eligibility criteria

• Adults 55–80 years
• Family history of dementia
• No current cognitive impairment
• Willing to complete PET imaging
