LIPID-ZERO: siRNA Therapy for Persistent High LDL Cholesterol

A twice-yearly small-interfering RNA injection targeting PCSK9 in adults with elevated LDL cholesterol despite maximally tolerated statin therapy.

Key eligibility criteria

• Adults 18–80 years
• LDL-C ≥ 70 mg/dL on statin
• History of ASCVD or high risk
• No prior PCSK9 therapy
