LUMEN-MDD: Rapid-Acting Oral Therapy for Major Depressive Disorder
A double-blind study of a novel NMDA-receptor modulator taken with a standard antidepressant in adults with major depressive disorder and inadequate response to prior treatment.
Key eligibility criteria
- Adults 18–65 years
- MDD diagnosis (DSM-5)
- Inadequate response to 1–2 antidepressants
- No psychotic features or bipolar disorder
