LUMEN-MDD: Rapid-Acting Oral Therapy for Major Depressive Disorder

A double-blind study of a novel NMDA-receptor modulator taken with a standard antidepressant in adults with major depressive disorder and inadequate response to prior treatment.

Key eligibility criteria

  • Adults 18–65 years
  • MDD diagnosis (DSM-5)
  • Inadequate response to 1–2 antidepressants
  • No psychotic features or bipolar disorder

Additional criteria apply. A full eligibility review is completed by our coordinators during pre-screening — you may still qualify even if you're unsure about a criterion.
