AIRWAY-CLEAR: Biologic Therapy for Severe Uncontrolled Asthma

A randomized, placebo-controlled study of a monthly anti-TSLP biologic injection in adults with severe asthma that remains uncontrolled despite high-dose inhaled corticosteroids.

Key eligibility criteria

• Adults 18–75 years
• Severe asthma diagnosis ≥ 12 months
• ≥ 2 exacerbations in past year
• On medium/high-dose ICS + LABA
